Ingredients Quantity
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
1 cup sliced potato
Chambray onions in quarters 6 pcs.
Chopped chambray onion tails ¼ cup
La Costeña® Spiced Tomato Puree (1L) 2 cups
La Costeña® Pickled Long Chiles (380g) 2 tbsp.
Sliced smoked loin 1 kg
Chopped parsley 2 tbsp.
Preparation method:
1. Fry the potato slices until golden brown on both sides. Add the quarters and the chambray onion tails. Cook until crisp.
2. Add the tomato puree and chili peppers. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
3. Serve hot with parsley.
