Nixtamal mass obtained from grinding grains of native corn from Mexico; that have previously been selected, cleaned and cooked in a solution of water with stone lime. Finally, dehydrated to obtain the Maza Real nixtamal mass.
Uses: To make tortillas, sopes, tostadas, chilaquiles, tamales, tortilla chips, etc.
